Service of Process is the procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party (such as a defendant), court, or administrative body in an effort to exercise jurisdiction over that person so as to enable that person to respond to the proceeding before the court.

Our process servers are responsible for delivering legal documents to parties involved in court proceedings.  Our Process Service team will locate the individual named on the document and subsequently initiate contact with that person to serve said documents.  Part of the process is to verify the person’s identity before serving the papers, and then provide our client with a signed proof of service (Affidavit of Service), detailing the time, date and location of the service of process, and the subject’s name.

If you have important legal documents to serve, look no further and let us help you!  We will deliver your documents quickly and efficiently because we know that prompt service will benefit you and the respondant.
