Born and raised in Los Angeles, TJ has worked as an Undercover Operative and Organized Crime Specialist and Advisor since 2002. He has worked undercover on behalf of the ATF & DEA and infiltrated numerous criminal organizations and gangs. TJ has played a major role in some of the largest criminal investigations in American history as well as being the only contractor in U.S. history to infiltrate and become a member of four organized crime groups. During his career as an Undercover Operative, TJ has worked closely with the ATF, DEA, U.S. Attorney’s Office, San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, Orange County Sheriff's Department, and other law enforcement agencies. TJ is the first non-FBI agent in over a decade to lecture at the FBI Undercover Academy, and was also a lecturer at UCLA and UCI School of Criminal Justice Studies. Additionally, he has been a keynote speaker at several non-profit law enforcement organization conferences including NWGIA, CGIA, OGIA, IOMGIA, KGIA, FGIA, TGIA, SCGIA, and VGIA. TJ trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a Gracie Combatives & Blue Belt recipient. TJ received a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.
